     One of the issues with clipper blades cutting correctly is the proper setting of the tension spring.  By using the Clipper Blade Test Scale, full spring pressure is maintained on the cutter through the blade drive while testing a clipper blade.  This procedure insures a more accurate test with consistent spring pressure.
