KNIFE SHARPENER

*The Hamaguri® USA Knife Sharpening System weighs less than 14 pounds utilizing the same dependable DC motor that is used in all of the Hamaguri USA sharpening systems. The control board allows for variable speeds from 0 to 2122 surface feet per minute. It can run at 110 or 220 volts. We have incorporated a quick release belt system and positive belt tracking. The dimensions are: 7 ½ ” tall, 11 ½ ” long, and 7 ½ ” wide and uses a 1” by 21” belt.

We sharpen over 500 clipper blades each month.
It is possible to sharpen 500 or more blade sets per side that is 1000 or more blade sets per disc.

What is the advantage of choosing the Treyco Automatic Clipper Blade Sharpener?

While a blade set is being automatically sharpened, removing approximately 1 to 1.5 thousands of metal per minute, there is time to disassemble and clean or reassemble more blades.

THE ULTIMATE PADS are available in 1/8 and 1/16 inch thick pads by 6-inch diameter with a pressure sensitive back. The ULTIMATE PADS are also available mounted on a 5 or 6 inch steel disc. The new dense ULTIMATE PAD produces a more accurate angle. Therefore producing a sharper shear blade. The 1/8-inch pad would be used for Convex Shear Blades.
